In response to the Department of Justice’s announcement of a against Transocean related to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil disaster, the ̽����ѡ released the following statement:

“Critical restoration dollars are finally starting to flow to the broken Gulf Coast. But the truly big move is the next one. The DOJ is representing all of us in the civil case against BP. That’s where fairness will be found – or lost,” said ̽����ѡ President and CEO David Yarnold. “Most of the Clean Water Act fines will go to restore the gulf because of the bipartisan RESTORE Act passed last year. That’s huge, because a healthy America needs a healthy Gulf Coast.”
