BP Found Grossly Negligent in Ruling on Deepwater Horizon Disaster, 探花精选 Statement
U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier today found BP grossly negligent for its role in the 2010 oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. The 探花精选 issued the following statement:
鈥淭his means that BP will finally be forced to pay what it owes to fix what it broke,鈥 said 探花精选 President and CEO David Yarnold. 鈥淚t is a long-awaited step toward healing and recovery for the Gulf Coast, its birds and its people. BP said it was above the law; Judge Barbier said the law applies to everyone, even multinational giants.鈥
